There are many reasons why French is such a popular language to learn. It is one of the most pleasant languages to listen to, it is often associated to culture, food, tourism… and it is often useful to get a job. French and English are the only languages spoken on each continent of the world. If you can speak English, you can learn French without struggling and you will enjoy it. English is a Germanic language that has been influenced and transformed by the French language through  over 400 years of Norman invasion and occupation by William The Conqueror in 1066 and during which around 17000 English words were replaced by French words! (clickhere). It is so much easier to learn French when you are aware of the French root of words found in so many English words. There are several rules to understand and memorize that speed up the learning of the French language. Hundreds of English words are identical to the French equivalent words, some French words (especially) have been transformed slightly  (added accents, one or two letters removed) but once the change has been understood, it is such a powerful way to learn the language.

What makes people think that French and English are two very different languages is that they sound so different. Written French and spoken French are very different, they are almost two different languages. Many letters are silent, many are pronounced ‘the very French way’ and the accents are so different.

My teaching isn’t only about learning the grammar and rules, it also incorporates the dimension of similarity between the two languages and it makes the learning far more interesting, fun and easy.

I use a new powerful method of learning French building the knowledge with little efforts, conversational French from beginners to advanced learners worldwide through skype and an online whiteboard.
I combine this learning with  flashcards adapted to each student that they can use intensely between classes. This is a great way for them to be immersed in the language as if they were almost in a French speaking country. For those who have an iphone or a smartphone, they can download the flashcards on it and practice whenever they are free without the need of the computer. This is the best way to learn the language as it speeds up the learning tremendously.

Here is the 1st lesson to listen:  rec1102-194438 . After each lesson, each student receives a word file as the written class attended. Be aware that the one-to-one lesson makes the learning much easier as it is interactive through an online whiteboard to train on the writing and through the speaking with the tutor who makes the student repeat, pronounce and translate.

Spirit vs mental in the treatment of addiction:

Esprit et mental. En français ces deux mots peuvent être identiques contrairement à l’anglais “spirit” qui est l’esprit spirituel. La chimie (traitement médicamenteux) pour traiter l’addiction ne fait que faire passer l’individu sous la conscience, autrement dit, elle l’endort. C’est exactement le rôle qu’a la drogue, l’alcool et même le tabac, toutes les substances, mais aussi les autres drogues qui court-circuitent le mental (télévision, addiction à la colère…) On dit bien “se noyer dans l’alcool”. Sous l’effet des drogues, le mental ne fonctionne plus, ce qui est le but recherché (supprimer la douleur), mais la conscience régresse avec. L’idée de “diriger sa vie” n’est qu’une volonté de contrôler. Or, ce n’est que dans le relâchement, le détachement que l’on prend les meilleures résolutions.C’est ça le spirituel, cet espèce de corps impalpable mais réel qui nous unit à la logique de l’univers et qui nous guide subtilement à partir du moment où on l’écoute. Diriger voudrait dire s’écouter soi-même, or la plupart des pensées que l’on a dans une situation de contrôle sortent de notre égo qui est antagoniste à notre être supérieur qui est le corps spirituel. L’égo ne peut pas survivre dans le moment présent, il ne vit que dans l’illusion des pensées négatives. 90% des pensées négatives, des anticipations d’échec, de souffrances…ne se réalisent jamais, certaines personnes vivent leur vie entière dans l’illusion, c’est lourd et elle vont se réfugient dans des drogues pour alléger cette lourdeur intérieure.Le cerveau, les cellules sont les merveilleux constituants et organes de notre corps physique, ils ont des fonctions différentes, le cerveau a des fonctions intellectuelles, émotionnelles, il relie en partie le corps physique au corps spirituel mais il n’est pas spirituel, il est plus mental ou intellectuel. Quant aux cellules, elles sont la vie mais aussi l’empreinte de tout ce que l’on fait.Chaque cellule a une mémoire de ce que l’on fait, ce qui explique l’addiction, elle a aussi une intelligence reliée au mental. Il est bien connu que le corps biologique se porte mieux lorsque la personne voit la vie positivement.L’erreur est de croire que la vision positive de la vie là encore se contrôle. C’est par l’élévation dans la conscience que l’on voit la vie telle qu’elle est: 100% positive. Bien sur, il y a des problèmes d’argent, de couples… mais dans la conscience, la gestion de tous les problèmes se fait dans la confiance, le calme, le détachement et n’affecte en rien le bien-être intérieur. Continuer sur ce chemin mène à une transformation de sa vie. Là encore, pas besoin de rappeler qu’on attire ce que l’on émet. Un seul exemple: un sourire crée un autre sourire puis un lien d’amitié ou d’amour ou de confiance… un sourire est incontrôlé, spontané, détaché, désintéressé et plus il est sincère, plus il est profond, plus il a de répercussions sur la planète entière…Ce que l’être humain voit n’est que la face cachée d’un univers qui a un projet grandiose menée par une intelligence au delà de tout ce qui est. Ce que nous considérons bon ou mauvais est, aux yeux de l’univers insensé, illusoire. Comme le brouillard peut devenir un cauchemar pour le pilote d’avion, il peut être fabuleux pour le peintre ou le photographe. La vie a des milliards de facettes, dans le relâchement, on ouvre ses yeux à cette vérité que l’univers est toujours prêt à nous donner.

Mémoire humaine et conscience supérieure

Mon avis est que la mémoire telle qu’on l’a connaît est propre à l’homme et qu’elle est liée à la notion du temps que l’on a parce que nous sommes mortels mais qui n’existe pas. La mémoire est limitée à l’espace-temps. La mémoire supérieure serait plutôt sous forme d’empreinte telle ADN qui se retrouve dans chaque cellule ou particule, sous forme d’hologramme. La “mémoire humaine” est aussi liée au corps qui par les sensations (chaud, froid, brûlure, joie, paix, stress, tristesse, colère…) nous fait voir le monde de façon divisée en bien/mal, noir/blanc, attirant/désagréable… Le créateur n’est pas une personne ou une intelligence selon le concept humain (là encore, l’intelligence telle qu’on la connaît fait penser à un cerveau.). L’intelligence supérieure c’est la conscience supérieure qui contient le TOUT de tout ce que l’on voit mais aussi les particules de chaque centimètre de l’univers infini. L’univers est lui-même soit cette entité supérieure et nous en sommes ses cellules avec la connaissance accessible par l’élévation dans la conscience pour vibrer au rythme de cette conscience et participer à l’expansion de l’univers ou bien c’est une sorte d’oeuvre d’art infinie qui se transforme constamment et à l’infinie. La vie statique telle que l’humain la vit n’est qu’une illusion  du mental. En s’élevant au-delà du mental, on accède à cette conscience, cette espèce d’inspiration de créativité par un accès à la vérité comme lorsqu’on a un flash intuitif qui nous ouvre les yeux. Ce n’est qu’un flash car le mental revient au grand galop au moindre sensationnel. Plus on se détache du mental plus le flash s’allonge.
Pour connaître la raison de l’univers il faudrait déjà sortir du mental qui nous fait voir l’univers à l’instant T. Le mental de l’être humain fonctionne sur des concepts, principes, ce sont des illusions, des culs-de-sac au milieu de l’univers purement conscient, des noeuds. Il faudrait accéder à notre conscience supérieure la vivre sans limite mais le corps ne le permet pas. Pour moi, toute chose a un but créatif, seul le mental le déforme car il vibre au rythme de l’égo, le fruit de la négativité qui lui appartient.Par des filtres (peur, jugement, ambition… propres à l’égo), tout est vu de façon humainement “rationnelle”, or, toute chose a un but et le rationnel tel qu’on le conçoit n’existe pas dans la conscience supérieure. L’univers ne connaît pas la négativité, ne connaît pas d’égo, de mental, il est expansion, création dans un but que l’homme ne peut connaître en tant qu’humain car il est enfermé dans un monde du grand univers: un corps et un cerveau certes développé mais limité pour l’instant à des fonctions purement et bassement mentales, limité dans le temps (il connaît la mort) donc il ne peut accéder à l’infini, l’expansion, si ce n’est pas sa conscience supérieure accessible hors du mental et de son égo..
La méditation permet de nous élever et de vibrer à un rythme qui ouvre l’esprit supérieur. En Inde, cette notion est très répandue. C’est sur cette voie que l’on peut entrevoir ou vivre intérieurement bien sûr  l’énergie créatrice. Quand au créateur, ce n’est pas une personne, ce n’est pas un mental mais une énergie créatrice infinie. L’univers vibre comme notre cerveau. La vibration de l’univers est celle de l’expansion. Les vibrations du mental sont des vibration de régression. Hors du mental, on fait l’expérience de la libération, on accède à l’expansion, de l’univers, la force créatrice.
